Other things you will love: tilt-in windows, designated driveway for each unit & large back yard. Neighborhood: sidewalks and close to Lenoir Rhyne University, 2 local hospitals & major highways.

Each unit in this duplex has their own driveway, private entrance to private apartment with washer & dryer.

Other things to note
Quiet hours are very important in a duplex. Please be considerate of the guest in the other unit. Earbuds are encouraged if you prefer loud music/TV. Parties and social events are not allowed so that every guest has a very restful and relaxing stay.
