"Bed was clean, bathroom could have been cleaner, room could was weather and maintenance could have been better. When I checked in they had my reservation but still billed my card. "

"The property is relatively new and in great shape. Rooms are as advertised. The breakfast is good with a variety of options, cold cereals, oatmeal, bagels/toast/yogurt plus a hot breakfast with eggs, potatoes, sausages & add ons, coffee/juice, etc. Ample breakfast seating and it’s clean. For long term guests, there’s a grill, picnic table and gas fire pit with chairs outside. From a ‘hotel expectations’ standpoint, this is top notch. What puts this hotel over the edge is the staff. ...

"The olny negative thing i have to say is that it would have been nice if we could have gotten fresh towels brought to our room and the old ones removed atleast every other day other than that i have no complaints the room and hotel were very clean and the staff was really nice and welcoming "

"Television didn’t work Night manager was very rude and not helpful at all. Said she had a bad leg and couldn’t get up to check out the TV in the room that wouldn’t work."

"Only thing was the indoor pool was pretty cold. I did ask to see if they could turn up the heat, however pool maintenance was not available till the following day. Everything else was great!"

"The staff was great. The location was perfect. The beds were rock hard. There was white drywall dust all over the floor the bedroom my bathroom door didn’t close completely, and there appeared to be a little snails on the back of the door in the bathroom, but other than that, everybody was wonderful there they also do not have an elevator."

"Horrible place. Sign in lobby stated fire alarms were partially working. Staff stated 1 floor was inoperable. Staff also told a guest the elevator wasn’t working right but he could try it if he wanted. Lobby was shabby. I suggest staying elsewhere."
