Dancing Bream is a beautiful one-level lakefront ranch home with stunning deep-water views year-round. Just two easy steps bring you to the main level, where you’ll find rich kitchen cabinets, countertops, and rich hardwood floors throughout.

This cozy retreat offers three bedrooms with king beds and smart TVs, plus two full bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower and another with a tub/shower combo. One bedroom is accessed through another, and there’s a convenient second entrance from the hot tub area leading directly to a hallway, bedroom, and walk-in shower bath.

The open living area features a large picture window overlooking the lake and a new leather sofa for relaxing. Enjoy flatscreen TVs, Wi-Fi, central heating and air, and a fully equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer are located on the main level for your convenience.

Step outside to multiple deck living areas with breathtaking lake and mountain views. The 5-person hot tub includes a waterfall, multi-color lighting, and year-round scenic vistas. The back porch spans the length of the home, while an extended side porch connects to the hot tub area.

The home sits just 50 feet from the lake under beautiful oak and hickory trees. The private covered dock has deep water all year, one guest boat slip, and two kayaks (single and double) with paddles and life jackets provided. An upstairs sundeck is perfect for relaxing or sunbathing. Enjoy fishing, swimming, or simply watching fish jump and ducks swim by.

Located minutes from downtown Hiawassee off Highway 288, this home offers easy paved-road access, ample parking for up to four cars, and a safe, quiet setting. Best of all, you can enjoy water views from nearly every room—including the great room, kitchen, and master bedroom.

Karen was an excellent host! When a snowstorm was predicted to hit the area, she contacted me immediately to ask if we wanted to reschedule. She was always available via phone, text, or Vrbo messenger. The house looks just like the pictures! The lake was frozen when we arrived, but it thawed just in time for my husband to do a little fishing the day before we left. The hot tub was nice to relax in. We want to come back during the summer so we can really enjoy the lake!

House was as described, clean, with well stocked kitchen and baths, great view of the water. Had hoped to take advantage of the outdoor spaces but the weather was… well… late November. Still enjoyed bundling up, watching birds and deer. Very comfortable and cozy. Host was always available. Definitely recommend this location and home.

We absolutely loved staying at this wonderful Lake front home in Hiawassee Georgia. Our favorite rental so far there. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Beautiful furniture and decor. The furniture was comfortable. Gorgeous views from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. The home is in a great location close to restaurants like Marina Station, Wild Hawg and Brothers. Peaceful. The owners were both great. We would stay there again. *****

Dancing Bream was such a great stay in Hiawassee! Our one night while passing through the North GA Mountains made us want to book another trip very soon! Not ideal for 3 couples as all of the bedrooms “connect”. But for a single family or two couple and kids it’s a great spot. My daughter loved the beautiful dock and deck space! The hosts were excellent and very helpful! We will definitely plan to be back and take full advantage of all of the Lake has to offer!

Truly can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms all near each other for our family of small children to feel safe (also a gate we could close had we had smaller kids to keep them from going to the lake alone). Nice living area and kitchen. Deck and dock were awesome! We really hope to come back.

This was our second stay at this perfect Lake House. The owners are amazing and so receptive and prompt. We brought my elderly parents this time, as well as our dogs. The lot is nice and level with new stairs to the amazing dock. Also, the dock has sloped stairs into the water for ease of access. The house is all on one level. The rear wrap-around porch is fantastic for watching birds and the quiet cove. We highly recommend this house!

our summer vacation

We loved the property and view of the mountains. The home being on the lakes cove felt very private and best of all safe for our Grandchildren. Our host Karen provided enough swimming vests for everyone. We also enjoyed fishing and kayaking. we can't say enough about the views from the home itself and the beautiful deck, just a lovely home with everything we needed. Great guys trip getaway

Spent the full week outside enjoying all the lake/property had to offer! Great views while enjoying morning coffee or sipping a cold beer while grilling dinner! The property has it all. Looking forward to next year renting this place again!
