"Love the interior design of the hotel, the reception is beautiful the bar/restaurant looks lovely too, however room I was in wasn't up my my standards especially with what I paid. I think mini bar should be on request only and having a £50 holding fee/deposit is absurd. Won't be back again, was nice ..."

Lumley Castle Hotel
"We returned after the room had been serviced to find my little girls teddy tucked up in bed with a packet of biscuits. She was thrilled. Lovely thought. Thank you to the room service team!"

The Vermont Hotel Newcastle
"Have stayed at vermont a few times now & we were shocked to find that you have to pay £20 now to use the car park when it was previously free! Had I known this I would have gone elsewhere . Room was really noisy as near railway line & birds squawking all night. We were left earplugs so obviously ..."

"아침식사는 여느 영국 호텔과 마찬가지 음식(베이컨, 소세지, 스크램블 등등)은 무난했으며, 름 컨디션은 아주 좋았습니다. 아파트형(비즈니스호텔)이라 주방과 식기세척기 및 쿡탑 전자레인지가 있어 머무는 21일 동안 저녁 식사는 너무 만족했습니다. 후라이펜, 냄비 또한 상태가 너무 좋았습니다. 다만, 욕실 세면대가 작아서 면도, 세수하기에 좀 불편함이 있었으나 샤워부스의 수압이나 온수는 잘 나왔습니다"
