"The design of the suite was excellent especially the design of the second bathroom to accommodate the people using the fold out couch. The furnishings and the supplies in the kitchen were excellent. And I was glad that they made an allowance for recycling. We were disappointed that the indoor pool was closed for renovations. I understand that need to do the renovations in the summer season because there is still an outdoor pool to use. I was disappointed that they did not relay this...

"Went to check in and it took the check in agent 20 minutes to acknowledge I was standing in front of her. Finally got checked into our room and pulled out the couch for my grandson and the sheets and mattress cover was dirty. It had crackers and was stained . We called down to the front desk and was told she would send some up. An hour later we still hadn't received the clean sheet. We called back down no one answered, called again still no answer. I finally went down and asked for the sheets....
