"Nous avons passé un we à Bâle et la chambre du cocon des lys est bien placée proche du tram. Idéal pour se rendre au centre ville ou au zoo en 20 minutes. La communication pour la prise en main de la chambre s est bien passé. La chambre est grande, le lit très confortable, nous avons bien dormi. Je recommande vivement le cocon des lys."

"At check-in, staff seemed a bit surprised or confused with our arrival, but we were shown into our room without difficulty. A big disappointment was the impact that a wedding party in the hotel had on our sleep. At 4am(!) the music was still keeping us (and other guests) awake. Another flaw was the yeasting cut fruit at breakfast, that we had to make staff aware of. These should be one-off incidents, but obviously they influenced our experience. The room was good. "

"Trotz Kreditkartenzahlung über das Portal ließ der Hotelier meinen Fahrer Nachts ohne Zimmer stehen ! Angeblich bekäme er kein Geld von der Plattform, trotz Zahlungsbeleg keine Einsicht, er war absolut unverschämt und aggressiv. "

"Die Heizleistung im Bad war zu gering. Die Infomappe war nur in Englisch(war mir persönlich aber egal) Über dem Tisch ist die Beleuchtung zum lesen ungünstig. Ein Fernseher im Zimmer wäre wünschenswert(habe ich aber nicht benötigt). Das Preis/ Leistung verhältnis ist in Ordnung."

"Pequeña guesthouse situada en un entorno totalmente rural, con vistas espectaculares a la Selva Negra. Incluso, por la noche, se puede escuchar el sonido de los árboles al moverse por el viento. El apartamento era muy completo, estaba en perfectas condiciones y la atención es inmejorable. Si volviera a esta zona, no dudaría en volver."

"Freundlich. sauber, Frühstück tip-top. Zimmer zur Straße etwas lärmig. Nur die Ankunft gestaltete sich schwierig, da wir gemäß schriftlicher Bestätigung um 1500 Uhr hätten Einchecken können, standen wir vor verschlossener Türe. Das Hotel öffnet am Wochenende erst ab 1700 Uhr!"

"I had a terrible experience with Villa 12 Guesthouse. I traveled a long way from US to Swiss (Villa 12 is on the border between Swiss and France), and had to work on the arriving day, so I got at the Villa 12 Guesthouse around 8:30pm, that is very normal time for a hotel/Guesthouse check-in time. But to my surprise, the main Gate of the Villa 12 is tightly closed, and the guesthouse building looks dark, did not seem there were people living in it. "An der Anzeigetafel stand, dass wir ein Cafe Venezia suchen mussten doch es war keiner in der Nähe. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass es die Strasse weiter oben ein Restaurant Rauchklang hatte und dort mussten wir den Schlüssel holen. Bis wir dies aber herausgefunden haben war sehr umständlich. Als ich auf die Nummer anrief hat der Herr am Telefon nur gesagt, dass wir die Strasse hinauffahren mussten und einfach der Strasse entlang, nicht in wlches Haus oder Restaurant.. "Jan and Petra, the owners of the house, were very friendly and helpful in everyhing we need. Nice detail of fresh fruit and sweets at our arrival. Very quite place to enjoy relaxing holidays. House really well equiped with all the elements you need for for being comfortable like home. The forest around the house makes the place perfect for leave stress a part. Highly recomendable."
