"lots of dust in the vents and the first room we had had defective A/C"

"My experience unacceptable, highly unprofessional treatment my family and I experienced during our recent stay at your establishment. On our final morning, we were subjected to repeated, unwarranted disturbances starting at 9:00 AM, when the front desk receptionist called our room three separate times to wake us. During these calls, we were falsely accused of generating noise and allowing children to run in and out of our room. Furthermore, we were informed that the manager intended to evict us...

"We stayed here only one night, but it was a very pleasant stay. Couple of things though. According to the menu outside, and in the room, lunch can be served at the hotel or in the room. However, when we asked if we could have lunch (after we arrived around 14.00 hours) we were told we could not, there was no lunch service (I checked the times on the menu, it should still have been possible). We were then directed to a nearby commercial center with restaurants, most of which seemed to be closed...

"Kurzfristig gebucht, es war alles wie beschrieben. Zimmer waren sehr sauber."
