"I booked this because it had amazing reviews. I assume friends wrote reviews for them.Upon arrival my husband said "What did you do?" Who I assume were the owners were a very nice couple but the property seemed to have had paint put on an extremely run down property. Seemed like they really TRIED to clean up but the peeling paint on ceiling and light showing under door with EXTREMELY old,LOUD AC made us uneasy to give it a chance. I went back and respectfully told them we would not be staying...

"I found this place to celebrate my birthday, and it has been the best experience, a wonderful river view. The cabin is perfect for couples, the jacuzzi works great and the fireplace is a spectacular complement. You can easily find wood for the campfire. We're definitely going back to that same cabin. "

"The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything you might need. They had a lot of extras. There was a few things for the kids to play with. Puzzles and books for everyone. Very convenient for us to visit with family. Things to do in the area as well. "
