Spanning approximately 800 square feet, the apartment features three well-appointed bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to seven guests while allowing everyone to enjoy their own space.

Free street parking is available in the Western Esplanade and Ridgeway Cliff, less than 100 yards away. - PLEASE DO NOT park your car on the narrow beach road called Spa Esplanade, as these are limited spaces reserved for full-time residents. - Do not park in the private residents' bays behind Jarrahdale. - To unload your car, you can enter the pub car Picket Fence and take the access road to the right of the car park to find the property.
This access is via the beach front. Please drive with caution. Turning is very difficult . If a guest has difficulty walking on uneven ground, there is an alternative access route available at Jarrahdale.
- From the Hampton car park, a road leads directly to the front of the property. At this entrance, marked by a thicket fence with the name “Jarrahdale”, there are only two steps and minimal uneven ground. Guests can walk. Up the steps to the first floor. straight to the back door from this point without encountering rough surfaces. Cars can be driven up to the gate for drop-off only. Please note that turning space is limited, so cars must be parked elsewhere afterward. Access to the flat above is via stairs.
Positioned on the first floor, the apartment offers a balance of privacy and accessibility while remaining closely connected to the beach and surrounding coastal charm.
