The three rooms offer plenty of space for four adults and up to two children under three years old (in a travel crib) to relax and enjoy their vacation. The highlight of the open-concept living-dining room is the beautiful gas fireplace framed with vintage tiles, which provides cozy warmth at the touch of a button and, with its dancing flames, is a true source of relaxation. You’ll have the best view of it from the cozy sofa area in the living room. A 42-inch flat-screen TV provides additional entertainment. The west-facing terrace in front of the living room is perfect for sunbathing, lounging, and relaxing. It’s a wonderfully sunny spot, especially in the evening. The white, open-concept country-style kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances you’ll need for a cooking get-together. The dining area, with its stylish retro cantilever chairs, is ideal for dining and conversation. The two bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable double box-spring bed (both 1.80 m x 2.00 m), are just waiting to ensure you enjoy your nights here. Welcome to the newly restored Villa Bellevue and its newly built garden house. Idyllically situated on a hill, surrounded by large old trees, you’ll enjoy a great view over the rooftops of Heringsdorf. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Here you can enjoy your vacation in bright and modern 2- and 3-room apartments (7 units in the old villa and 2 in the garden house). Most vacation apartments are equipped with a gas fireplace, and some also feature a sauna. In the basement of the garden house, you’ll find coin-operated washers [&] and dryers. A common room is also available here for your bicycles. Each apartment comes with one parking space.
