Nordic design meets the sound of the Baltic Sea A stylish, 82-square-meter haven of comfort welcomes you in Apartment 3 on the first floor of the Quartier Eichenweg. Here, the vacation for up to four people begins the moment you step inside—or, strictly speaking, the moment you arrive. After parking your car in reserved spot number 3 and taking the elevator up to your vacation home in complete relaxation, you can take a deep breath and soak in the sunny, carefree atmosphere right away. A special extra awaits you right in the hallway: a fitness machine is available here for your daily workout—for anyone who doesn’t want to completely give up exercise even while on vacation. Throw open the floor-to-ceiling windows and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea breeze on the northwest-facing balcony (approx. 6.8 square meters) with a single-seater/convertible beach chair [&] patio furniture. It’s a wonderful spot to enjoy breakfast. The interior of your apartment is elegantly furnished down to the finest detail. The lamps, furniture, and artwork by a photographer from Usedom exude Nordic elegance. A sofa arrangement with an armchair invites you to relax. The spacious living-dining room features a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. You can use the Wi-Fi free of charge. A beautiful dining table with four shell chairs is perfect for meals. You can prepare them in the open and modern kitchen. A cooking island with an induction cooktop and a recessed area for a wok will delight home cooks. All appliances are high-quality. A complete set of dishes is stored in the cabinets. Fortunately, no one has to do the dishes here. There’s a dishwasher. Next up are the two comfortable bedrooms. Comfy box-spring double beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m and 1.60 m x 2.00 m) promise restful sleep. Each room features a large closet and a flat-screen TV. Two bathrooms with showers and toilets provide plenty of space to freshen up. The master bathroom is also equipped with a Finnish sauna and a washer-dryer. Towels will be waiting for you upon arrival, and the beds will be made.
Newly built, modern, exclusive—that’s the Eichenweg apartment complex in Heringsdorf. Exceptionally and tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort one could wish for during a relaxing vacation, this beautiful apartment building also exudes the charm of the surrounding seaside villas. With the Baltic Sea right nearby, the sound of the waves on a northeasterly wind drifts into every room—the perfect backdrop for relaxing and unwinding. The building’s stylish exterior, which blends seamlessly with the neighboring villas, is complemented inside by elegant and chic vacation homes. Each apartment features a balcony or terrace. The mostly open-concept kitchen-living areas are equipped with high-quality brand-name appliances. The bathrooms feature their own small sauna, and a parking space is reserved on the property for each apartment. All upper-level apartments are easily accessible by elevator.

Nicht ganz billig, aber dennoch empfehlenswert
Gute Lage des Objekts: ca. 2 Minuten zu Strand und Promenade; schöne alte Villen in unmittelbarer Umgebung; in etwa mittig gelegen zwischen den Seebrücken Heringsdorf und Ahlbeck;
Relativ hochwertige Ausstattung der Wohnung in fast allen Belangen
