Built in the seaside resort architectural style, the Dünendomizil welcomes you with all the comforts you’d expect for a wonderful vacation. Its direct beachfront location makes this home the ideal starting point for walks along the beach. The town centers of Heringsdorf and Bansin are about a 15-minute walk away.
The stylishly furnished two-room vacation apartment, featuring high-quality amenities, has three balconies. An elevator in the building and an underground parking garage (tight parking spaces, limited room to turn around) are available for your use. Free Wi-Fi is available.
A beach chair is available free of charge on the beach section adjacent to the building.
Towel sets, travel cribs, and high chairs can be rented for a fee. The visitor’s tax applicable in the Kaiserbäder must be paid in cash on site upon arrival.



“Wellenreiter” Apartment:

This bright, harmonious, and modernly furnished vacation apartment is located on the first floor/mezzanine level of the building. A spacious living room with an integrated, well-equipped kitchenette (4-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, etc.), a dining area with 4 chairs, a large corner sofa bed (sleeps 2), LCD satellite TV, DVD player, stereo, and free Wi-Fi. From the living room, you can access the two large balconies facing north/east (morning sun) and south/west.
A bedroom with a white leather double bed (180 x 200), blackout curtains, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV; from here, you can access the small third balcony.
The apartment features light-colored tile flooring and underfloor heating in all rooms. A spacious bathroom with a window, a walk-in shower/toilet, and a hair dryer. All windows have pleated blinds, as well as high-quality screen doors. A free parking space is available in the underground garage (please park in reverse only, as the garage is very narrow). A beach chair (available from May through September) is provided free of charge at the beach section adjacent to the house. The apartment offers direct beach access for its guests.
