"A wonderful tucked away cottage. It has a lovely little garden where my daughter was able to work with the sound of birds to keep her company. We particularly like character cottages and you couldn't ask for more but at the same time modern and so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and up to date. "A very pleasant long weekend at North Lodge. Location is peaceful but well located, plenty of amenities nearby. The house is cute and full of character. The kitchen/diner is a particularly nice space with patio doors out to the pretty little garden with mature shrubs and seating area. The kitchen is very well appointed. The bathroom would benefit from a bin and unit/stand to put products/wash bags on when in the bath. A few hangers in both the double bedrooms would be handy. The beds are...

"The house is a great space, with a large social area and beautiful light spaces. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are lovely. The area is lovely and rural but close enough to east grinstead. Lots to do nearby with kids. The doors to the bedrooms all have individual automatic locks which I can see is beneficial when renting out individual rooms but as we had the whole house it would have been better to have them unlocked. "Unusual property right in the centre of Seaford and close to the beach. I was able to park close by and parking outside is possible overnight. If the owner sorts out the hot water and TV signal issues it will be brilliant."

"It had virturally everything we needed for making meals in the evening, including a full size refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, oven etc. It also had a combination washer/dryer which was much appreciated by us. There was enough room for all 5 of us to eat with a little rearranging of the kitchen area. The beds were very comfy. The bathroom upstairs is in the master bedroom area, not between the two bedrooms but we manage that as there is another bathroom downstairs. "
