Innisfree Farm is a private estate home, majestically situated on 44+ gated acres, overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains, bordering the French Broad River, and located just north of downtown Hendersonville. The home is also located less than 30 minutes from downtown Asheville. You are app. 10 minutes to Asheville Regional airport, and 25 minutes to the gates of Biltmore Estate. You are also app. 10 minutes from everything in Hendersonville & Flat Rock, and easy access to just about everything in the area.

This one-of-a-kind, high-end mountain Lodge retreat is surrounded by breath-taking mountain views, all affording immense privacy. The estate property affords plenty of space and activities, including walking paths, private stream-fed lake, covered Event Pavilion, and a custom fire pit to enjoy the best of nature with family and friends, overlooking the majestic vistas.

From the second you drive into the private estate the views are captivating and the space & wildlife is amazing. Everything about this former horse farm breathes "relaxation" and true luxury.

The Innisfree Lodge was designed by an acclaimed local architect, capturing as much of the views, nature and mountain splendor as one could imagine. With the use of natural materials with a "Frank Lloyd Wright" feel, the Lodge creates a calming, yet spectacular feel to all who stay. The cathedral height entry with living and dining area is accented by 2-story stonework, massive wood beams, and tons of glass, all overlooking the mountains & private lake. The other common areas also take full advantage of the natural/contemporary design, with stone fireplaces, other natural materials, and everywhere you enjoy majestic smoky mountain views.

Every aspect of this near 7,000 sq. ft.home is spectacular and designed for comfortable family living, relaxation, privacy & entertaining. The Lodge affords 4 "Master Suites", all with private, ensuite luxury bathrooms. On the lower level is a Kids bunk Room, and there are other "sleeping areas" for larger families and groups. There is an Inside Game Room complete with pool table, bar room, big screen TV sport room, card table. There is also an Outdoor Game Room area, that is fully covered and outfitted with darts, ping pong, and Yonder cornhole games.

On this unique property, there is also a spectacular Event/Wedding Pavilion, and the property welcomes those wishing to host an Event. (Talk to Yonder Guest Experience Team for rates and other information.) Guests have a private lake for fishing, and/or bringing your own canoe or kayak to enjoy. There is a huge fire-pit, and acres of privacy. **Swimming not allowed in lake

Our Cleaning Fees are backed by our Clean Guarantee, which reflects the highest level of standards, pristine environments for our guests, and a level of clean that surpasses any other vacation homes; we literally guarantee it!

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: The owners WILL allow dogs on a case by case basis. Please let us know. There is a $130 per pet non-refundable fee.

Events: Events are allowed at this property for up to 150 guests.
NOTE: ALL Events will have fees associated with hosting an Event, and determined/finalized once a guest head-count is shared. The Event Fee will be assessed outside of, and separate from the normal rental costs. Please talk with Yonder Guest Experience Specialist for details and costs for having your event at Innisfree Farm.

Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.

Very nice accommodations away from town . Peaceful and serene. Family gathered comfortably to get away from it all. We had a great time visiting breweries, The Biltmore , massages in downtown Asheville.

The house is spacious with glass views of the mountains and the property. The house is well equipped, thoughtfully designed and decorated. Sound insulation isn’t its strong suit. But most else is. Got to see turkey, turtles, deer, geese, blue jays, cardinals, red fox…

Perfect Thanksgiving!

Our family of 14 had an amazing Thanksgiving! We were able to utilize great local hiking, the Fire Pit, Canoe, fishing, and the 40+ acres of private farm land. The long drive on the unpaved road through the woods made the home feel even more secluded and private, yet we were a short drive to Hendersonville for shopping and the Christmas Tree lighting. The bedrooms had amazing views. I was originally looking for a cabin, but I'm so glad I stumbled upon this property because it really was so unique. Similar to a prior review, we were a little disappointed that a couple door handles were broken, and there were some bathtub drainage issues....but, those are easy fixes that I hope the owners make. Either way we had a great time and those items don't deserve a loss of that 5th Star. You won't be disappointed.

One of a Kind Property

The property is truly one of a kind. Perfect for those families/groups that want to spend most of their time outdoors. Yard is perfect for games, fishing or relaxing. Close to many different trails for off property activity. The house does need a little Tlc. We have stayed two times in the past two years and the back door handle was broke both times. The front door handle broke while we were there. Also there was a leak in the kitchen. These small details will not make or break your trip. The only other complaint we had is if you are staying in the master on the first floor you can hear every footstep from upstairs. So early risers stay downstairs:). Truly this property is amazing. Why we keep Wanting to go back.
