"When you arrive, go straight out to the back boat patio and park yourself down with a cold drink. When I did I saw three blue herons and a deer across the way and it was wonderful. This is a very specific experience that’s kinda like being at an RV Camp. My son and I loved it but if you’re not into boats or a bunch or folks around, it might not be your thing. But I think that should be clear from the listing. We had a great time and may come back next year. Thanks!"

"Nice neighborhood on a lake! Reasonably close to downtown. Pictures just don't do it justice! Big yard with pool, hot tub and fir pit! Not for wild parties but perfect for respectful gatherings for family and friends!"
