Enjoy this newly updated space which boasts multiple living areas, massive master bedroom with private screened in porch.

This home is situated just 15 minutes from downtown Hendersonville. Super close to wineries and Apple orchards. We are 30 mins to Biltmore Village, 35 to downtown Asheville & just a 20 min drive to Chimney rock/Lake Lure.

Built in the 80’s and used for years as a vacation home this A-frame was recently renovated and brought back to life for you to enjoy.
Main level has open concept living/dining/kitchen. Inside the A are two bedrooms (queen beds) and a bathroom. An addition was later completed to add a spacious master suite with private sun porch & master bathroom.
Loft area has a electric fireplace, tv and games area as well as a 3rd bath. Couch converts to a queen bed for extra sleeping space.
Outdoors enjoy our 6 person hot tub, fire pit or our “hammock hangout”. Play corn hole, spikeball or go inside the garage for ping pong or pool.

Guests will enjoy the whole house including 1 acre lot.

We strive to set up our homes so that guests have everything they need. We do not typically meet our guests but do live in the area so we are just a phone call away if needed.

Located in a rural area outside Hendersonville the home is close (1 mile) to Justice orchard as well as Burntshirt winery. Hendersonville is about 15 mins away. Asheville 30-35 mins. Lake Lure/Chimney Rock 20 mins.

We advise guests to have a car.
Absolutely no smoking of ANY kind inside the home. Guests are welcome to smoke in outdoor areas. $150 fee if guests smoke inside.
Pets allowed with pet fee.
No parties or events.
