"Great staff lady on"

"The stay was okay, but when checking out we had an incident where when returned a few minutes after checkout our key cards were no longer which was to be expected. So we went to front desk to ask for the keys to be enabled so we could get our luggage and bags. When we were told that they had no record of us being there and the room was showing as empty. We told them that’s not possible we had been there the past 2 nights and we needed to get to the train station as soon as possible. I get there...

"Lovely room. Nice breakfast."

"A little bit difficult to get there but worth the trip. Very nice and comfortable room. Very well stocked with breakfast foods. Very close and easy access to Wales and Eye Valley."

"The worst experience at reception I have ever had, I’m a world traveler and I have seen everything but never such a disrespectful treatment at check in I ever had, this hotel never again "

"The owner was proactive and contacted me in plenty of time with details such as where to park. The flat has good cooking facilities and a very effective washer/dryer for your clothes. The bed was comfortable if a bit soft for my liking. This is an excellent base for exploring around Bristol and to the south. If your satnav suggests using Manor Road to approach from the south force it to use wider roads, Manor Rd is more like a Devon lane than a real road!"

"Great location, parking was easy, the room was lovely and had thoughtful additions."

"Me encantó el Hotel"

"Reception manager was very helpful, and cheerful guy."

"El hotel nos encantó. Sin embargo, la habitación era muy muy pequeña y la cortina estaba rota por lo que entraba toda la luz. El personal por otro lado nos decepcionó ya que le tiró sin querer un plato con grasa a mi pareja y tardaron mucho en servirnos, tanto en el desayuno como en la copa que tomamos por la tarde."

"Cool well equipped space with well thought out amenities."

"Habitación pequeña, limpísima con todo lo necesario para pasar una noche al llegar o partir del aeropuerto de Bristol. Cama comodísima y baño perfecto!! Escaleras muy pronunciadas, cuidado maletas grandes y gente mayor. Repetiríamos"

"The staff were extremely helpful on arrival and during our stay. The room was big , tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. All meals were well presented. We will definitely recommend to our friends and will return."

"Es un buen hotel de aeropuerto"
