Relax with your family and friends at this perfect peaceful lakefront tiny home away from home with everything you need for a perfect fishing trip or relaxing getaway. Cabin 11 has a lovely covered deck with wood burning fireplace overlooking the lake, outdoor seating, charcoal grill, and firepit. Take in stunning sunrises & sunsets perched on a bluff above the lake all while surrounded by Sabine National Forest. Your happy place awaits!!!

Living room and deck have Smart TV`s. Free Wi-Fi. Bring your Netflix, Amazon, Disney, or other streaming services account logins.

You should have cell phone service, but service will vary by carrier.

Guests have full access to the boat ramp, swimming platform (this is not a private dock; it is for all guests in the campground), fish cleaning station, kayaks (reserve at the store) and waterfront pavilion.

Uncovered boat slips are available to rent. Message host for availability.

Cabin 11 is located inside Mid Lake Campground, which was built in 1968 with the creation of Toledo Bend Lake. Mid Lake Campground has pull through RV spaces, cabins, and houses. Many of our guests have long term `camps` in the campground; some reside in the campground year-round, while others are winter snowbirds. The campground is very quiet and peaceful with friendly neighbors.

Our boat ramp is only short boat ride to Cypress Cove (bass tournament headquarters), Pendleton bridge, and the Gator Hole.

Mid Lake Campground and Cabin 11 are perfectly situated for a great fishing trip, a day on the lake, or total relaxation taking the amazing lake views in the clean country air. You can catch your limit of Crappie on the dock, or visit the famous gator hole only 2 miles away by boat where you just might catch a trophy bass. We are 3 miles to the main lake by boat, and 6 miles to Cypress Bend. Sam Rayburn Lake is about 30 miles by car.

PET RULES:
1. 2 dogs maximum ($25 per pet)
2. No aggressive breeds allowed; such as but not limited to: Pit bulls, German shepherds, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Siberian Huskies, Akitas, Mastiffs, Great Danes. If you are not sure, please inquire before booking.
3. Pets must be on a leash when outside and please pick up waste and dispose in garbage can. Please do not leave pets unattended outside at any time.
4. Please keep pets off furniture and beds.
5. Excessive barking or unruly behavior could result in being asked to leave without refund.

House Rules:
1. Please no smoking inside the cabin.
2. Please be aware that community Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. This is both a community and a campground, so please be considerate of your neighbors.
3. Please do not turn the AC lower than 72 degrees, as it will freeze the unit. Please call the store asap if you have any issues.
4. Please note all garbage must be in garbage bags. Please do not throw loose trash into the can. We have guys that manually pick up the trash, so everything must be bagged. IF you need more trash bags, please call the store.
5. Please keep pets off the furniture.
6. Please crate pets (if possible) when you are out of the cabin.
7. Pets must be always kept on a leash when outdoors.
8. Please pick up pet waste and discard in garbage.
9. Most importantly, have a great time!
