"No hot water, so couldn't have a shower. Or a warm water wash. They made me pay £10 extra when i got there "Because my original booked room had been given to someone else, so we had to give you a bigger one". Advertised as Bed and Breakfast, but no breakfast available. There was nothing on the property to indicate that it was a hotel, the front door code didn't work and the address they gave me was wrong, so i called at the wrong building when i arrived"

"The cost was just within my budget. Very basic & affordable. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and secure. You get what you pay for. I didn’t need to use the shared spaces. Would return 😊"

"Property is on a very quite and what it seems to be a safe neighbor. We arrived at 2 AM because a delay on our bus but we previously notify the property of our late arrival and we were able to get to our room thru a safebox that kept our keys. Staff was very friendly and helpful the next morning. We happen to stay on the hottest day on the history of London and the room was hot but be were received by a fan that was in place and on when we arrived late at night. This was a great help against the...

"Cutlery althogh not used- dirty, bed horrible- no sleep "

"Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de dormir ici car malgré un accord de l’hôtel pour arrivée tardive, nous nous sommes retrouvés devant une porte fermée sans personne pour nous accueillir. Nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit. Il est par ailleurs impossible de contacter l’hotel directement car ceux-ci sont gérés à distance, et le numéro de reservation est introuvable, enfin bref passez votre chemin c’est une vraie arnaque."

"BEWARE, this property greatly lacks security! The listing does (minimally) state that there is no staff on site. Yet, My wife & I were given entry into the building without having completed the supposed mandatory online check-in, having only spoken to someone through the Ring doorbell camera. We found that the key lock box for our room has been improperly closed by the previous guest, with our room key literally falling out of the lock box when we entered the house. The room key was for...

"Really enjoyed my recent stay at Nap Barnet. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the whole place had a relaxed, welcoming feel. The staff were great — really friendly and helpful throughout, which made the whole stay even better. The location is perfect — just off the High Street, so it's quiet at night but only a short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, and High Barnet tube station. Great value for money and a solid choice whether you're passing through or staying a few...
