The owner lives in the house, but access to the apartment is via the stairwell (not via the family apartment).. Smoking and pets are prohibited. Owing to the stairs and low windows the apartment is not suitable for small children.Not far away you can find plenty of restaurants, shopping facilities and the stops for buses, trains and boats. It is only about 3km to the Vasatorp and Rya golf courses. The beach is, as mentioned, only a kilometer away.
