"Das Hotel liegt leider an einer durchfahrtstrasse und es war sehr laut, da es um 1 in der nacht aufhört mit den autos und um 6 am morgen schon wieder anfängt. Das Hotel selber war am renovieren also da auch etwas lärm. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber bei der Ankunft, wurde aber während den zwei tagen nur einmal geputzt ohne die Küche."

"Het was 23 min met de bus van het centrum van Luxemburg. Hotel was heel modern en netjes. Wij verbleven in een cozy room wat lekker knus was. Miste alleen koffie en thee. De Gridx was een leuk complex. Je kon er eten en genieten van een drankje."

"Nella camera c'era l'aria condizionata ma non c'era il telecomando, personale non lo so perché non c'era mai nessuno, al check in ho trovato una ragazza che parlava solo inglese, per i negozi ti devi spostare con la macchina ma non è distante, nella camera c'è la doccia e un piccolo lavandino insieme dove c'è il letto e il gabinetto e chiuso con una porta di legno che non si chiude da dentro, e poi non ci sono asciugamani per il viso solo doccia e tappeto per doccia, non c'erano kit di saponi,...

Dès l’arrivée, le ton est donné : les places de parking PMR sont occupées par des cars… visiblement aucune gestion ni respect des règles de base. À l’accueil, le professionnalisme est inexistant : personnel en tenue type jogging, ambiance négligée, on se demande clairement où on met les pieds.
