"We were very well looked after by Shaan & Sef who must be the one prepared our breakfast which was freshly made and ample every morning . The room was clean and spacious enough for us & our dog Rocky. Tumbleweed is a good place to stay for a few days to visit the local attractions, such as Sherwood Forest, nearby. It is a heaven for dog owners and joggers. I jogged with my dog along the Well Lane & The Avenue every morning and walked my dog on the couple of bridal ways nearby in the evening....

"Our suite was large and clean, and had we been staying for more than 1 night, the fridge and dining room table & chairs would have been well used and much appreciated. We arrived when it was dark and, unfortunately, the grounds were poorly lit so it took a while to locate our suite number using our mobile phone torches. The rooms smelt a bit damp and the bathroom had a slight 'eggy' smell, although everything looked clean and well kept. It was a large suite. Unfortunately the WiFi did not...

"Breakfast food was very nice although coffee was poor. Lots of flies in the spa bar area so had to take my drink to the lounge. Abundance of dust on the bedside cabinet shelf. Staff were helpful. "

"Cosy comfortable room, lovely bathroom. Staff attentive, gorgeous food on evening meal and breakfast delicious to match. Huge compliments to the chefs and the team!"

"Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, room was refurbished but they forgot about bathroom which was terrible (rusty screws, shower curtain hanger, bulging ceramic tiles). Breakfast was disappointing - super basic - do not recommend. I won't be coming back."
