"I stay at Grouse usually in the fall for hockey. This was my first time staying in May. The largest draw to this hotel is their hot-tub and sauna. It was not advertised until check in that they were doing remodeling on that area so it’s closed until June. The onsite restaurant is a nice benefit to this place however the walls are notoriously thin at this hotel and the air conditioner does not keep the room cool enough as it’s very outdated. "Amazing hospitality, snacks and breakfast provided were perfect. This was a great stay and we would recommend it to friends. Hot tub was a nice touch, room was clean. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable."

"Breakfast advertises cook to order but there was only frozen breakfast sandwiches and burritos. Also, evening dinner meals were horrible due to absolutely no seasonings in the food."
