  • Welcome to our unique newly built building, where you can experience comfort and style in one of our 12 studio-style rooms. Each room is designed to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with its own private entrance, king-sized bed, queen pull-out couch, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. The first three levels of the building consist of four studio-style rooms. On the 4th level of our building is a complete 360° view of the beautiful Helen, Georgia. It offers relaxation and places to enjoy food and beverage. Our deck has tables and chairs that overlook every angle of the center of Helen. Beautiful Adirondack chairs overlooking every direction. We offer several rocking chairs all around to take in the breathtaking views this beautiful German Bavarian town has to offer.
    The space
    You can find the perfect home away from home in this beautiful studio located on the first floor of the building. It has all the necessary amenities, such as a king bed, a queen pull-out sofa, a bathroom, a full kitchen, a dining area, television, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The studio is perfect when traveling for business or pleasure who want to have their own personal space with the convenience of modern comforts. Whether you need to work remotely or just relax and take in your new surroundings, this studio is sure to meet your needs. Our building is located in the center of Helen, Ga. Making it easy to leave your car parked during your stay and getting around town with ease.

We came for Helen's Oktoberfest parade. The building has a top floor from which you can see the start and end of the parade. The whole tourist section of the town is walking distance. We really liked that open top floor because the buildings and the mountains (hills) are really beautiful. The shower was a highlight. You'll see if you go there. Three possible shower heads, walk-in with no lip to step over. Everything was really nice, and the bed was comfortable (and really large, king I guess). The parade was a flop because of rain, but the town was great. We met wonderful people and had a great time.

Great location. Very short walk to restaurants and attractions. Rooms are quiet, very clean, and thoughtful touches. We will stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Not too far from downtown, everything was pretty much walking distance. But far enough away from all the noise of traffic. The place was beautiful! and very clean-would stay again if I'm ever in the area.

The only issue, there were not enough towels or toilet paper. One roll for 3 people for a 3 night stay. Only 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths.

We were late booking our Helen trip with friends, but lucked out finding this location. Everything was as described and very clean. Easy check in and it was relatively quite the entire stay. It was a fairly easy walk into town and we're not young chickens anymore! lol We would definitely recommend this place if staying in Helen.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Georgia Skyline. The location was unbeatable – just a short walk from the main square and incredible restaurants, making sightseeing effortless. The property itself was spotlessly clean, with fresh, comfortable bedding and a sparkling bathroom that made us feel immediately at ease. Lindsey was an incredible host; their warm welcome, and thoughtful touches made our stay truly memorable. It exceeded all our expectations – highly recommend for anyone visiting Helen Ga. The Auld’s

The studio apartment was clean and more upscale than the majority of places in the area. The location is within walking distance to several restraunts and family activities. We did not cook but the kitchen appeared to have all essentials for preparing a meal. The temperature in the room was perfect and easily regulated. The bed, pillows and linens were exceptional quality and made it easy to fall asleep. If we decide to visit Helen again, we want to stay here.

Anniversary Getaway

Me and husband absolutely enjoyed our visit to Helen, GA! Our place was conveniently located to everything ! We were able to walk to all the shops and eatery. It was quaint and the roof top view at sunset was gorgeous!

Awesome stay and location

Great location! Literally everywhere we went was 1/2 a mile away! The property was very quiet and we felt very secure. The rooftop was awesome to relax after a long fun day! I recommend this place to anyone!

Sweet spot!

My sons had a lovely time at this property. Love the location, right in the middle of Helen. The rooftop was awesome and I wish they had been able to have more time there. It was very clean and well appointed. The photos do make it seem huge and it is rather small. Will definitely rent again!

Perfect place to stay in Helen

Very clean bright and relaxing. Roof top deck was enjoyable and enough space to feel private. Kitchen well stock for your needs. Great location close to shopping and restaurants. Only thing we were unsure of closet door opened with humidifier runnning if we couuld leave it opened or could close it.

Noise from upper floor guests was terrible. For a fairly new building, the interior insulation is not very good. Other guests I spoke with had the same comments. Communication with host was obvious automated responses. This is the first time I have rented through Vrbo that I did not receive some basic instructions prior to day of my arrival! I didn’t need or ask for the door code, just basic info (parking, what to expect, anything extra I should bring, etc).
