  • Play in the river while enjoying the cute German feel-townhome which is overlooking the Chattahoochee River!You'll find great comfort here with the hot tub outside on the patio and vintage games for to play. The house has been freshly decorated and is perfect for family fun. Enjoy time in the game room, the spacious living/dining area with games to choose from, or outside on one of the 3 decks which are complete with an outside tv, comfortable furniture, and a hot tub. The game room/bar with a full bath is located in the basement of the home, accessible by a separate exterior door! There are 3 total decks---one off the main bedroom, another off the family room, and the third at the rear of the basement! To access the basement there is an outside door which leads you into the game room with a bathroom. A personal favorite is sitting in the outdoor swing with your coffee and a good book while enjoying the sound of the river.

A perfect getaway! The house was spotless and in a great location. There was plenty of space for our entire group to relax and unwind. The kids and adults loved the game room/bar/tv set up, the hot tub and the river directly off the back steps. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for families! The host was wonderful to work with, and everything went smoothly. 5/5 stars—we can't wait to come back!

My family had the best time in Helen! The location was perfect, close enough to town but still in a quiet spot. The space inside was great for our family (6 adults and 4 kids). Everyone had enough space to spread out and ample space to be together. We loved the back porch overlooking the river, the kids got lots of use out of the hot tub after playing in the cold water! The beds were comfy, linens just right and everyone slept well! House was well appointed, kitchen stocked with everything we need and tons of games and fun for everyone. We would def stay here again. Karen was super responsive and helpful!

This is a very clean & quiet location, right on the river. It's close, easy walking distance to everything. But it's just far enough away - away from most of the traffic. The host was very responsive and proactive. The decks & porches are great, the hot tub looked good but didn't use it. Beds, linens, towels pretty good. The kitchen is just what you'd expect with everything you'd need to cook multiple meals. We were there for business, 2 nights during the off-season. Definitely recommend this property.

We had a family vacation with grandparents children and grandchildren! Nice place on the water with plenty of sleeping space and amenities! Great space for relaxing and spending time together and close to lots of things to do!

Couldn’t ask for more!

This property was everything as described! Super clean, great location, great setup so that we could all be together or plenty of room to have privacy! We had a great time! Try McCoyne’s across the road for great good and atmosphere!

The host was great. Followed up on us before and after departing. The house was well stocked with games for adult and kid friendly games. Something for everyone to enjoy. Enjoyed the hot tub and the screened in porches. My grandkids really enjoyed the game room downstairs. That was a Big Hit for them. Best weekend!!!
