Our house is located in a residential area on the outskirts of Heiligenhafen. The flat is located in a semi-detached house (below). It is a 50m2 ground floor flat + terrace. Another flat of 75m2 is located in the upper part of the semi-detached house (1st floor + attic) and the landlord lives in the other half of the house. The landlord has the possibility to use the washing machine. The garden can be used by our guests. With a bit of luck, you can hold a 37-degree egg or a hatched hatchling in your hand and a trip to the harbour is always a wonderful experience. No matter what time of day you visit, there is always something to see here. See more and switch off... The partly two-storey pier, which changes direction twice, stretches a whopping 435 metres out to sea! All year round, it offers a view of the sometimes calm and sometimes turbulent sea. - In good weather, holidaymakers and day trippers even have the opportunity to see as far as Fehmarn. 300m von A1 entfernt, nur Lärm auf Terrasse, Schlafraum für 2 zu eng, nur 1 Schrank 2 türig

Die Wohnung an sich ist ok, liegt aber nur ca 300 m von der A1 entfernt. Die Terrasse ist wegen des Lärms nur kurzzeitig zu nutzen, schlafen bei auch nur teilweise geöffnetem Fenster unmöglich. Außerdem geht der Hauptzubringer in die Stadt direkt am Grundstück vorbei. Im Schlafzimer gibt es nur 1 Nachtschränkchen und nur einen 2-türigen Kleiderschrank. Die Tür zum Schlafzimmer wird außerdem durch die Tür zum Flur halb blockiert. Für mein Empfinden ist die Wohnung daher zu teuer.
