"Great service by front desk, dining and housekeepers. Stayed there 14 days and the location was great for our travel needs. Community is a little out dated in the rooms but very clean and comfortable. Complementary breakfast and coffee every morning met our needs. We would definitely stay there again as the cost was affordable for our two week visit to North Carolina."

"Shower still had peoples hair in it. Booked hotel for the pool and when we got there no one told us it was closed also the water was off when we got there and we had to go into town to use the restroom."

"When I arrived at the property, I noticed a group of adults and children gathered outside. I didn’t think much of it and proceeded inside to check in. The front desk clerk was pleasant and got me checked in quickly. During the check-in process, I noticed a lot of foot traffic, with children playing and adults constantly coming in and out of the building. This prompted me to ask about noise levels at night. "The room was disgusting. I took photos to show exactly why I’ve said so. My partner nearly fell down because the toilet seat was broken. The front curtains were barely attached. The window sill was filled with dirt and dead insects. The bed mattress squeaked and we both fell into the middle of the bed. The pillows were little more than pancakes. The baseboard in the bathroom barely covered broken and moldy wallboard. The baseboard was so far away from the wallboard that they used screws to...

"The 2 bedroom I booked was extremely outdated with furniture probably 50 years old or more. Carpets were dirty and ripped in several placed. I spent $250. For the condition of the room I greatly overplayed. They should not rent it again unless they do a complete renovation of the unit including every room. Marriott Bonvoy is supposed to be the best of Marriott. I was a Marriott timeshare owner for 10 years. This was by far the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in."
