Steam curls from the hot tub while warm light spills from the cabin windows, inviting you inside after a day outdoors. Evenings unfold around the indoor fireplace, cards spread across the table and long conversations that stretch late into the night.



Sleeping Arrangements

The cabin sleeps up to eight guests across three bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, a wood‑burning stove and private access to the primary bathroom. A second bedroom holds a queen bed, while the third bedroom features two sets of standard bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests.



Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms serve the group. The common bathroom includes a bathtub, and the primary bathroom provides a custom tile shower and a floating tub. Bathroom essentials are supplied for comfort.



Kitchen & Living Space

A fully equipped kitchen opens into the main living area, keeping everyone connected while meals are prepared. After dinner, settle onto the sofa to stream a movie on the TV or curl up with a book by the indoor fireplace. Wi‑Fi is included, with a dedicated workspace for light tasks; note that the remote location can make the signal slower or spotty at times. A washer‑dryer is available for longer stays.

Berkeley Springs, known for its arts community, shops, restaurants, brewery and winery, is a short drive away. Guests can walk resort trails and access the golf course for a modest fee; the fitness center and indoor/outdoor pools are reserved for members only.



Practical Notes

The cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs and walkways before each arrival, but you may still notice a few leaves, pollen or other outdoor touches, especially in certain seasons. Wi‑Fi is included but can be slower or spotty; we recommend downloading any important content in advance so you can fully relax and enjoy your stay.
