"Great location, everything we needed - free parking and a fantastic breakfast "

"Very warm welcoming, room was clean throughout, very good size with everything you need. The arm chairs by the window, sleepers and dressing gowns is a wonderful thought from the team towards the guests, not many hosts think about these fine details that makes a huge difference to the guests, specially after a long drive. Breakfast was delightful, a good choice of fruit, cereals, yogurt. Presentation was 5stars. Nothing appears to be too much for staff. On our way out, staff went a bit further...

"Amazing host (I think it’s Louise’s daughter instead of Louise), gave me great recommendations, super welcoming to guests. The room and property have a homey feeling, super duper clean, also very well set up - had the best sleep I’ve had across 2 weeks in the UK across various accommodations, also very spacious. Most importantly, the room has a small but strong fan and a ceiling fan, which made it very comfy on a summer night. It’s also close to Alexandra Park which has a lookout to the entire...

"The rooms are well appointed. Clean and fully updated. The beddings are lovely and the bathrooms are massive with baths and luxuries. The breakfast was good too and well thought out. The property has a home feel and whole stay experience was without any issues. There is free parking too. The staff are helpful and very responsive to any request."

The breakfast was better than any of the ones we had in the town with local sausages and attentive service. Don’t forget to try a little of the salt rub in the main lounge, not sure if it’s home made or bought in but my skin felt incredible after. Would highly recommend."

"This is my second time staying at the Apex City of Bath Hotel and I loved the experience. The room was clean and well maintained and we got complimentary welcome drinks. When we had to unexpectedly check out late, they accommodated us for 2 more hours at no extra cost. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. "Lovely clean well maintained property. fantastic breakfast included. Small parking lot that required maneuvering to park. 15 min walk into town. When we stayed it was hot - the hotel has no A/C - our room didn’t cool down until 2:30am."
