    Welcome to Sunny Side, a vibrant and comfortable retreat located in the heart of Eden Isle. With colorful finishes, unique design details, and plenty of indoor and outdoor space, this home is a great fit for families and groups looking to enjoy the Greers Ferry Lake area.

    Inside, the main level features the living and dining area, kitchen, half bath, and bunk room with a private en-suite bathroom. Olive green accents, detailed tile, and bright finishes give the home a fun and distinctive feel.

    Upstairs, you will find two king bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom and private balcony. This layout gives guests plenty of privacy while still keeping everyone connected in one home.

    The outdoor spaces are one of the highlights of Sunny Side. The front courtyard includes two hammocks and additional seating, while the covered back porch features a TV, table, seating, and multiple fans for extra comfort during warmer weather. Just off the back deck, guests can gather around the firepit with Adirondack chairs.

It was the perfect place for our girls trip this year. We were in walking distance to Eden Isle Marina and we had everything we needed at the house to cook our meals. There was plenty of room and very comfortable to visit, play board games and bathrooms for all the bedrooms which is great for a house full of ladies. We enjoyed the back deck in the mornings with our coffee time and breakfast hour. It was great!

Great Little Spot

We stayed for a couple of weeks and it was wonderful. The location can’t be beat - right next to the marina. Everyone on the block is super friendly.

Eden Isle gem for families with children!

Location close to marina, bunk beds for all kids, loved the outdoor covered patio with tv and grill! We will be back!

Lake weekend

Perfect place for 2 families to stay in Eden Isle! Extremely convenient for Eden Isle Marina boat access. Friendly neighbors! We will be eying this property for future weekends!

Quirky Cute Charmer

This place was a perfect spot for our small family gathering of adults. The good points: 😁 Plenty of comfy seating in living room, Large deck with plenty of seating, fans and tv. And practically unheard of, this place has 3 and 1/2 bathrooms. It's in a quiet neighborhood, just 3 minutes from marina where you can rent a pontoon or boat. Air con worked great in 100 degree weather. Good mattresses on beds! The not so good points: 😒 A very small kitchen but we made it work by using the long serving buffet for food. Lots of steps for the elderly (about 15) upstairs to the king bedrooms. No handrail. Only has a Keurig coffee maker. The garbage disposal doesn't work. In spite of all, we would definitely stay there again.

Overall we had a great experience and we will be back. Only thing I would note is the stairs do not have a handrail which was a little issue for the older family member with us.
