Walking distance to Red Apple Inn Country Club and Restaurant. Five minute drive to marina. Single level situated in VERY peaceful area! Comfortable furniture in living area with HD TV, premium cable package and strong wi-fi. Surround sound system that you can pair with all your devices . We loved the location and one-level accommodations. The entrance to the front door required some careful stepping and using outside wall as handrail. Needs smoother entrance and handrail. Otherwise very good.

Weekend Getaway

Checkin process was so easy. Access code on property. Beautiful location. All the rooms were well stocked. Beds were comfortable. We had 3 people in our family so the VRBO was more than enough room. If we stay at Red Apple again, we will want to rent this place!

Great stay!

This condo is conveniently located, was well stocked, and very neat and clean.Our only frustration was being locked in the bedroom with the twins bed for about 30 minutes. Now we know that the the lock is on the outside knob of the door. I didn’t know that when I must have accidentally pushed it in as I closed the door. It was a very frustrating 30 minutes trying to get someone to come let me out. Perhaps a note on the door would prevent this from happening to others. And or maybe a note to be sure to take your phone into that bedroom to be able to contact other members of the travel group.

Tucked away in Eden Isle

Wonderful spot ! My husband and I really enjoyed this house and the location . It’s across from Red Apple and within a short walk of the driving range, and a short drive to the marine. Owners were easy and fast on communication. House was clean with a nice desk and grilling space.

Great Eden Isle Retreat!

We rented this cozy condo for 2 months of the Summer. From the first and to the last contact with the owners, I felt 100% comfortable with them and appreciated their quick responses to my many questions. At the end of our stay I felt like we were "friends!" This was the perfect location for our family's need for a laid back, relaxing summer. My son and husband loved the golf and my daughter and I loved shopping in the cute Heber Springs stores. We enjoyed cooking on the grill outside on the porch while watching deer running by. The proximity to the lake and to Red Apple Inn will make you never want to leave! We will for sure be renting this condo again!

Perfect Labor Day Weekend

Our stay at Eden Isle was wonderful! Perfect fit for our family. We loved hanging on the patio, the lights made it so relaxing at night. Check in was a breeze. Sarah was so easy to work with. We will be back!

July 4th weekend with family

We stayed here while visiting with friends who have a houseboat. It was perfect for my family (12 and 17 year old boys) of 4. We used the washer and dryer everyday! I didn’t bring home wet, dirty clothes and we all had plenty of space to rest when we weren’t on the lake! Would stay here again!

Perfect getaway

The place was perfect for a family of 4, could accommodate more if you have air mattresses. The location was private and comfortable. We brought our boat up for the weekend and rented a slip at the Mariana, 5 min drive from the condo. Highly recommend.
