Come ski or snowboard at one of the three world class ski resorts Park City has to offer (Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons). Take guided snowmobile and snowshoeing tours or sleigh rides through the picturesque mountains while enjoying a hot chocolate. Fly fishing, and even dog sled rides are available. There is no shortage of activities up here in the winter!
Park City Area Spring/Summer Activities:
Hot air balloon rides. Go on a horseback ride, gondola rides, visit the alpine slide, hike, bike or walk and explore all the mountain trails and breathtaking sites. Take a walk downtown Park City which is packed with live music events, art exhibits, dining, shopping and great nightlife activities and so much more. Be sure to check out the Jordanelle reservoir and all its boating, jet skiing, and water activities. This is truly a great place to visit any time of year!!

We loved this property. It was exactly as presented online. Easy to get to and a short drive to Park City. Appreciated the setup for boots and jackets as there were a lot of us. Place was stocked with all the things you need to stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Our only "problem" was finding the property. But when we found it, what a find!! We were there for our "bonus" granddaughter's soccer tournament. We were 10 minutes from each field and 10 minutes from groceries. Woo Hoo! it was great!

What's the best way to judge a property is to be a return guest year after year. Never disappointed. Very nice touches and super comfortable. Having access to the private garage was very nice after snowy nights. Host is super easy to work with. I will return when the opportunity arrives.

We planned to hit a multiple Utah ski destinations and this condo was the perfect location to stage from. It's convenient to the interstate to reach Little Cottonwood as well as Snow Basin and a short drive to Park City and Deer Valley for restaurants and even more skiing. The condo was as advertised, spacious and clean. I highly recommend and would gladly stay again. Rob - NY

We had come to Heber City to see kids, grandkids and friends. My wife has had recent surgery and was not walking well. This single level condo was perfect for us. The views are great and the access was perfect. Our host Nicola Speranta was vey accommodating letting us stay an extra three days so our daughter and son in law could come over from Wyoming to visit. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a summer or winter rental. If the kids don’t build a bigger home we WILL be back.

My family and I were staying near Park City for my son's wedding. The location was clean and easy to get to. We were all comfortable and it had all the amenities we needed. Great host with communication! Would stay there again and recommend to anyone.

The house looks just like the pictures. It is beautiful and in a great location. Enjoyed the quietness of the property and the proximity to the ski slopes. Check-in was easy. Had a minor issue with a drain and the owner was quick to respond and resolve the issue. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo, beautifully appointed. Everything went smoothly from reservations to checkout. The location is close to the slopes and shops without being in the middle of traffic. The furnishings are excellent quality and condition. Very comfortable, including the beds. The only recommendation I have for the owner is additional blankets as the bedroom is cool at night. Thank s for offering this beautiful property. We had a great time and highly recommend this property.
