- We recommend an SUV or 4-wheel drive to access this home during winter.
- As a ski town, numerous construction projects occur throughout the summer. Currently, new homes are being constructed directly next door to this property on both sides. Construction hours are from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, including weekends.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The master bedroom sliding door does not open.

Park City Fire Code Official Dave Thacker has issued an open fire and fireworks ban effective immediately within Park City limits.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Any parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Perfect floor plan for ten adults. Stunning view. Maintenance issues:Lower master shower door top hinge is pulling away from the wall thus glass hits glass when opened. Door handle is also loose. Upper master shower and lower right bedroom shower drains are not flowing. Noticed scratch marks on floor by dining table. Checked all chairs, took two out of use. But all chairs could use new leg protectors. Strange stain on kitchen ceiling! Would suggest more kitchen towels, water glasses, acrylic glasses, toaster, more hooks in bathrooms, maybe regular height stools at the bar. The kitchen/great room blinds are very finicky. Maybe mats in the master showers as floors are slippery when wet. Otherwise a great stay and attentive management. Thanks for the pie and foil. As we select a holiday home each year we know to bring extra cooking and serving items. But did find this home quite well stocked. Know the owners will want to be aware of the issues needing attention.

Beautiful Home

Recently stayed in this property with our extended family and had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room for everybody, the home is immaculately clean, and views are spectacular! It snowed during our stay and we were grateful that the neighborhood was promptly plowed and the driveway was heated, which made getting in and out a breeze. AvantStay was easy to work with, regularly communicated with us to make sure that check-in and check-out were seamless, and was responsive to all of our needs throughout our stay.Anybody staying here should be aware that the neighborhood is still under construction (which the listing makes clear), but we didn’t find it obtrusive and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful December stay

Had a great two week stay in December with family and friends. Gorgeous home with so many amenities- the Avant team was super responsive (Shelby in particular was awesome). 5 star service and view! Would definitely stay again

Work retreat

We stayed two nights for a work retreat with my team of 6 data engineers. It was perfect! We used the theater room for team sessions and had enough space to do individual work around the house as well. Hoping to come back soon!

Absolute Perfection!

Wow. This house and location was incredible. The view was so beautiful and the fact that the leaves were changing colors all around us just added to it. The house had everything we needed (minus a can opener but we figured it out:). This is at the top of our list and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house. It is somewhat remote, and there was some daily construction happening on surrounding homes. But it was beautiful and clean and everything was very well done - as far as towels, linens, and kitchen. Thanks - highly recommend!
