"The hotel is in a great location, its interior is very nice and clean. My critiques are that there wasn’t a useable desk space, they charged $35 for parking, and you have to sign up for their rewards program to use the WiFi. Otherwise a great stay! "

"I was underwhelmed with this hotel. It is under construction right now, so the lobby layout is confusing and feels very cramped. Our room layout was fine and it was clean, but the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. The bathroom door was a pocket door that did not go all the way to ground, thus providing very little privacy. The location is great, but this was billed as one of the nicest hotels in Portland and overall felt very mid-range. "

"Our stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience. When we arrived and checked into our room, we quickly realized that it hadn’t even been cleaned yet. It was shocking to walk into a room that clearly wasn’t ready for guests, and it immediately set a negative tone for the rest of our stay. To make matters worse, only one of the two elevators was working during our visit. This meant long waits every time we needed to go up or down, often standing with several other frustrated guests who...

"Rooms are decent but you can hear every time a door closes in another room. The toilet is very low and the lids have to be closed before you can flush and they slam each time. The restaurant is closed at night and there are very few nearby options. The checkin area is right by the sliding doors so staff have to use a space heater to keep warm. Overall I would not stay here for “pleasure “ again. "

"Room was kind of clean but we found sucks and clothes under the bed. Jacuzzi was not working. Besides that the hotel is a good place to stay."

"Staff was great and super friendly. My complaints are that the room was not super clean. The bathroom sink was filthy, and you could see water stains on the shower from previous use. A lot of the walls had noticeable paint chips and the bed frames were extremely worn out and pealing. Also, although the elevator says you cannot use it without a keycard 99% of the time you could go in and press a button without scanning the card and it would work. From a safety standpoint I wasn’t a fan of that....

"Although the room was a little shabby and worn, it was sufficiently clean and quiet. The standout was the staff. I had booked 10 nights but only ended up needing to stay for 7, and the woman at the front desk went above and beyond to coordinate with Expedia to secure a refund for the unused portion, which was very much appreciated! The location is excellent: easy access to transit, dining, coffee....and yet a bit removed from the worst of the street disorder in other parts of downtown. The place...

"Wonderful hotel, convenient parking, although on the street - no self parking available. Also, Friday night stay can be loud and questionable due to the conditions in the neighborhood where the hotel is located. "

"We have to pay for parking, no drinking water in our room, breakfast was ok, staff not very friendly I ask for dinner places and she didn't care or ignore me. Definitely not coming back."
