"The staff was excellent and perfectly attentive to any and all needs. The property is not kept up well though. The hinges on doors in the bathroom are rusted. The toilet is sized for a toddler. The amenities are very outdated. You can’t even stream on the tv’s. The towels are not adult size."

"All of the staff were helpful and kind. The afternoon treats in the lobby in the afternoon and butler pantry on each floor in the morning were a nice touch.
