"Room was spotless and cleaned every day. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and professional. The building itself was absolutely stunning with bags of character. The spa was simple but clean and beautifully kept with fantastic staff who put us at ease while we were there. I was particularly impressed with the lovely changing area. "Stayed for Christmas shopping, shops disappointing but the hotel more than made up for it. All staff we interacted with were welcoming, smiley and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful and our evening meal in the restaurant was lovely. Bonus was the parking and late check out. Would definitely stay again if in that area."

"Had a brilliant time at Rockliffe Hall. The spa was really relaxing and well worth it. The spa treatment itself was spot on, and the views around the place are lovely. The Staff were great: polite, helpful, and made everything easy. They left a few things out for our birthday celebration, which made the day feel special. Tip: on your last morning, try to squeeze in one last 1/2 hour the spa to set you up for the day."
