"Cool cozy motel well located and with a nice pool"

"Cool little property with a great vibe and fantastic location. Rooms are small but clean, if a little dated. Great common areas. Roof top deck was closed off while we were there for repairs? Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great location and reasonably priced property to spend a weekend in Provincetown."

"We stayed for two nights, and the experience was disappointing. The room was never cleaned, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell inside. The carpet was very dirty, and a smelly, wet mop was left outside our door for an entire day. The photos online are misleading — the place looks much better in pictures than it does in reality. "I liked everything the most is within walking distance of the lodging. Excellent location, everything is clean and good rooms."

"Great place"
