    Situated within a forrest setting yet just a 2 miles from downtown Hazelton, Luxury Mountain Chalet is a newly built home offering spacious, comfortable accommodations in an idyllic location. No need to bring anything as linens, towels, hair dryers, soap, shampoo all provided.

    A pet-friendly luxury holiday home full of character with vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, large entrance hallway, a gas fireplace, a large loft, well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and utility room. A great place to come to relax, enjoy the woods and mountain views, spend lazy days on the nearby sandy lake beach, or to explore the multitude of attractions North-east Pennsylvania has to offer.

    The home is located in Eagle Rock Resort, which is a private guard-gated community just a few miles west of Hazelton proper. There are many attractions within the resort itself including a beautiful golf course, fine dining at the clubhouse restaurant, 50 room hotel, Spa and fitness center, 2 lakes (boating, swimming, fishing), equestrian center, playground, tennis, bocce, 4 pools (3 outdoor and 1 indoor), recreation center, ice cream stand, and skiing.

    Just 30-45 minutes away, discover Knoebels amusement park, movie theaters (indoor and outdoor), bowling centers, Mohegan Sun Casino, white-water rafting, train rides, wineries, biking and hiking trails.

    Easy to get to. Just minutes from Rt 80/81 intersect and 35 minutes from Wilkes Barre airport or 65 minutes from Allentown-Lehigh Valley airport.

It provided seclusion, privacy, peaceful quiet in a lovely home and outside on the patio and fire pit. Yet we were a short drive to Los of fun.

The place was clean and well stocked with kitchen needs. Clean towels and sheets were also provided. We were all so happy and impressed with how big the space is.

Clean home located in a quiet and private area. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Bring regular coffee, there is not a Keurig. Enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. I would suggest buying groceries and anything else you need on your way in, as this home is located in the back of the subdivision and it's a bit of drive from the main entrance. Closest stores are not around the corner.

Friends Trip

Steve the host was fantastic & available throughout our stay. Since this was 1st time at this property with friends who came at different times the check in and accessibility of property was excellent. The house was perfect well maintained, clean and had all the amenities from the listing. Plenty of TV's, plenty of Ceiling Fans and plenty of indoor comfortable seating and outdoor comfortable seating. Our friends trip is very active during the day so having a place we can all gather, talk but relax in a comfortable environment is key. We do this trip yearly so already plan to book again next year once the friend group agrees on the dates.

Northeastern Pennsylvania Gem!

Eagle Rock is truly a unique and beautiful community. The house is wonderful extremely spacious, perfect for a large family. The host is very accommodating, his communication was top notch and answered all my questions before my stay. If you are looking for family home, to stay in northeastern Pennsylvania please to not hesitate to book this property.
