We have stayed here a couple of times now. We absolutely love it! Such a cute cabin with land, mountain's and great deck to enjoy it all.

Loved the cozy cabin and the property was lovely. We enjoyed being able to take our dog out in the pasture, to the creek and just to hang on the porch relaxing.The property was very clean and well organized. Would recommend a stay and would return again when time allows!

We absolutely loved the cabin, the location , creek , big yard , and amazing wildlife . We would definitely rent this cabin again and bring our kids to play in the yard and creek ! I love that modern but rustic feel it gave and the nook by the window is perfect for spending the day reading your favorite book .

The cabin is beautiful and cozy. Enjoyed so much sitting on the 2nd story porch and listening to the sound of the stream. Amazing views and really enjoyed the stay. The jetted bathtub was the best, did not want to get out once I was in. Would def stay here again.

The location and the property were great. The downstairs bathroom was very dirty. Everything else was in pretty good shape. We got there at night and it would’ve been nice if there was some type of motion detection light. It was completely dark. Other than that, we loved the property in the fire pit and it was close to things that we wanted to do.

We were looking to get away from everything and just relax. That's what this place is for. You can hear the stream from the porch, perfect for unwinding. Property is still close enough to stores and restaurants to be convenient.

The property is beautiful, enjoyed using the deck and spending time with family. The only item that could use some help would be the smell downstairs the fabric on the chairs seemed a bit damp overall would visit again

Amazing mountain views

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Located on a large property with creek and animal views as well. My husband and I celebrated our 11th year anniversary and couldnt stop staring at the mountains. The master bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the seating area and the fire pit. We visited Mingo falls and went to the smokey mountian railroad which were about an hour away. All in all an incredible place to stay!

Cabin was amazing !

Everything was wonderful! The cabin was super clean and the grounds and views were amazing! Really enjoyed our stay and it was close to all the things we like to do in North Carolina. We will definitely stay again !! Thank you !!

Great escape

We had our family and small dog (all reviews are right, he was in heaven there). Heat worked good as it was very cold for us FLORIDIANS- creek was really nice and could hear from the deck We lost cell service - so would advise screen shot info when you receive it for check in 15 mins to grocery store & great harbor town

Great Mountain Cabin

We totally enjoyed this lovely cozy cabin. The property that it is on is beautiful- almost 10 private acres with a babbling brook. The bed in the master was great. The kitchen has excellent appliances and top notch washer/dryer. The cabin is in a great location near great mountain cities of Hiawasse, Hayesville and Murphy. Near all great trials and attractions. We hope to be back in the Summer’25

Loved loved loved!!!

I would give this property a 10 if I could! The upstairs deck is amazing! I sat there all weekend and listed to the creek and the birds. So relaxing! Owner communication was excellent - cabin was clean . The king size bed was super comfortable! I hope to come back next month for a longer stay!

Cute cabin

Very cute cabin on a beautiful creek side, the only thing was the stairs are on the exterior of the cabin so you had to go outside to get to the kitchen upstairs, that doesn’t have a bedroom. All bedrooms are downstairs. Cute but not explained well enough in the VRBO description.

Relaxing Getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay. We loved the privacy, large property, creek and beautiful views. Property was clean and had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. WiFi worked great (used for remote working). AT&T cell phone had 2 bars. We used airplane mode on Verizon & Visible cell phones to access WiFi calling. We’re adding this one to our favorites list.

Amazing vacation

The home was lovely and unique. The views were awesome from everywhere. You are surrounded by mountains. The only thing I would recommend is that the 2 large trees behind the upper deck porch blocks the mountain views in the sunmer. The surrounding towns from the house were close. Loved driving on the roads and relaxing with the family. The kids loved the creek on the property.

A Great Escape

This property is a great place to escape from your normal life and enjoy some quality time with your loved ones. The large open field in the front allows for any type of family activity, be it a game of tag, football, soccer, or what evert. The beds were very soft, and the blankets heavy enough to ward off the crisp night October air. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cups, plates, and silverware. There are only two odd things about the property that you need to be aware of. First, and this is spelled out for you in the property description, the only way to get to the kitchen on the second floor is through an outside staircase. This was not an issue in anyway, just odd. Second, I would have been more comfortable with the fire pit on the property if it had some sort of rock wall barrier or surrounded by sand. As it was, it was just a small dirt circle with firewood in the middle. All in all, a great property. Loved sipping morning coffee on the deck, and the scenery. Will absolutely book again.

We loved our vacation time at this cabin. We stayed with our kids (13,9,3). The creek was a huge draw for us and I really appreciated how well kept the property was. It made it very easy to utilize every bit of it to play soccer, toss a ball, make smore's, and chase fireflies. The porch had remote controlled fans which kept it at a perfect temperature even in July. We had the best time sitting on the porch! We hiked quite a bit and enjoyed the area. The cabin was well maintained and we honestly didn’t have any issues with the exterior access. Rooms had fans, lots of towels, SUPER comfy beds, plenty of trash bags/paper towels/toilet paper, and heated bathrooms (which my kids were thrilled about). The only issue we had was that we didn’t have a working coffee maker so we had to go at it old school. Take note that there is no dishwasher and the rooms can have low lighting (we read and play games a lot so it became noticeable but not an actual issue). Also the water pressure is really really low in the showers and both had rain style shower heads. The bathrooms were both really nice though! No issues with phone or internet while we were there, although we tried very hard to disconnect except the last day when it was stormy! There is a new DG Market about 7-10 minutes away that came in handy several times. Be sure to check out Groves Farm Market while you’re visiting and the town seems to have lots of events and happenings.

Comfy and relaxing

Seriously beautiful views from the porch! That is the closest to a mountain we have stayed, just walk out and there it is! The house was clean and had everything we needed. We loved that the grocery store is less than 15 minutes away. I would say this was our favorite cabin we have rented. Yes, the stairs outside aren’t ideal but all it does is separate the sleeping area from the living area so it really isn’t a major deal breaker. We will be back😁.

We had the most perfect weekend! This cabin is awesome, the only downside is that I did not get to stay long enough. The best part is sitting out on the upstairs deck, which is amazing by the way, hearing the creek below and all the birds and the horses. King size bed downstairs was awesome great night sleep. The house is super clean ,super cute. Can’t wait to visit again!
