"Nice cabin feel. TV was blinking in the room and wifi for TV in the club room was not consistent. Coffee in the office was not hot, needed to microwave it. Location is great."

"West Yellowstone it’s a small outdated town and it’s hard to find a decent hotel so this means that you overpay for a mediocre hotel. If I had paid half of the price of what I paid, I would probably have no complaints but because it’s so overpriced, you are expectations are a little bit higher. The pros are location is great. It’s in the middle of town walking distance to tons of restaurants shops in five minutes away from Yellowstone Park entrance. Oh, and breakfast is actually really good too...

"We stayed at room 22 and there's a strong unpleasant smell in the room which was disgusting - it feels like someone cooked Indian food in this room for a while and the smell doesn't leave the room. I wanna say it's not the foods problem, I wish the motel house keeping could do a better job by cleaning the smell as well. This is a motel comes with kitchen so if you do not have cooking needs I do not recommend staying here. The whole night I was struggling with the weird smell and didnt rest well....

"Our stay was decent overall, but the check-in process was frustrating. We arrived in the late morning and were told that although our room was already ready, there would be a $100 early check-in fee if we wanted to access it. Otherwise, we could check in for free at the standard 4:00 p.m. time. I've never encountered a hotel that charges guests to enter a room that's already available. We left for a while and returned around 2:00 p.m. This time, the early check-in fee had dropped to $50. After...

"The beds were too hard and pillows too soft, and bathroom was outdated and only 1 towell per person, they didn't have anything hot for breakfast but pancakes, they were out of eggs and sausage. Walls are thin so you can hear people walking and talking."

"Bucking moose was pretty central. Location was great. Our room was below a two story loft ( room 1). I don’t recommend that room. We could hear all footsteps from the room above us. Every move they made, we heard. Our room was also very close to the street. We got a lot of street noice. Outside of that. The room was calm and charming. Staff was helpful. Be aware, the room does not get cleaned while you are there. Fresh towels upon request."
