Self Contained roomy Wai iti Cottage.Havelock Nth

Our Wai Citi Cottage is surrounded by wineries, eateries and wedding venues, including, Te Mata, Black Barn, Craggy Range. The cottage is set in a park like setting which is being developed, providing plenty of space for the children to roam in.
For the cyclists we are in easy access to many trails--the closest being 3 minutes ride away.

Havelock North is our nearest town and is 5 minutes drive . It is known for the abundance of cafes,eateries,art gallery, gift shops and dress shops. There are 2 swimming pools here, and a very popular new play ground for all children,including skate boarders. There's a movie theatre.

For the golfers, we are 20 minutes to a choice of 3 courses--Hastings Bridge Pa, Maraenui Napier and 30 minutes drive to Cape Kidnappers.

The cottage is wonderful. Top-shelf amenities, great location (Black Barn winery is the view from the living room). It gets warm in Havelock North, so the central air is wonderful. I was there for a month and loved it. Great trout fishing by EIT in Taradale, a definite plus!I would go back again without thinking twice.

Bowling Trip

The Cottage was well suited to two couples staying together. Plenty of space, very comfortable beds and adequate bathrooms. Lovely quiet area and very close to Havelock North Village. Great communication from the owners - we were made to feel very welcome.

Excellent family holiday location

We loved our stay at the cottage, it had everything we needed and was in a fantastic location near wineries and a short drive into Havelock North. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Garden was great for kids playing outside. Kitchen well equipped and stocked generously with basics. Washing machine so handy with kids too! Would definitely stay again.

Amazing bach

We stayed here for 4 nights in Jan 24. Amazing place and very spacious. Our 6 year old loved the fruit trees in the garden and the sunroom. The location was perfect - literally 6mins drive to Havelock

Lovely country cottage, modernised with an open plan layout, new kitchen, large dinning and lounge. Comfortable beds and double bathroom. Set in gardens with a covered side porch for outdoor dinning and seating. Easy access to house and central location to Havelock Nth and Napier.

Spacious lovely rural property very handy to Waimarama beach and Havelock North - we would highly recommend to everyone, the owner was very friendly and the house had everything we needed. a little traffic noise on the bedroom facing the main road. Many thanks for a very enjoyable stay.

Simply lovely

My parents and I had a wonderful weekend in Hawkes Bay staying here. The cottage provided everything we needed and more. Thank you! It was spacious, comfy and warm surrounded by beautiful gardens. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Only thing I would suggest would be some better lighting on street numbers and driveway entrance as it was a bit hard to spot arriving in the dark!
