Incredible beach vacation with spectacular ocean and mountain views awaits! This beach house is fully renovated with new kitchen updates, bedroom furniture and linens, appliances, and more. Includes two kitchens, two large living rooms, dining tables, 5 bedrooms, and 3 sleeper couches! There is enough space for the entire family (sleeps 14 comfortably)!

This is a duplex setup with one large shared front lanai. Guests will have access to the ENTIRE HOME as you are booking both sides of the property. There are two kitchens, two washer and dryer stations, two living rooms with TV`s and couches, a larger dining room with a large table.

The large oceanfront lanai is spacious enough for everyone to enjoy with large lounge chairs and tall tables. We do not allow BBQ grilling on the property or lanai.

One side of the duplex has three large bedrooms with King beds, 1 sofa bed in the living room, and 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. The other side of the duplex has two bedrooms - one room has a king bed, the other room has a full bed. The sofa in the smaller unit is also a bed.

We have a large driveway that is easy for pulling in and out. The carport is enough space for at least 4 cars to be parked and covered.

Please use the hose in the back of the house to wash off any sand on feet and beach gear.

We have a closet with beach chairs, cooler, sand toys and some boogie boards for you to use.

The host lives on the North Shore and is available in case of emergency. Please keep messaging on the Airbnb App when possible. You will be given the Host`s cellphone number 48 hours prior to checkin.

We are located on the ocean, 8 minutes to the Polynesian Cultural Center, and 15 minutes to world famous Turtle Bay Resort with 5-star restaurants, surf lessons, horse back riding, heliclopter tours, and more. We are also close to Kualoa Ranch which has movie tours, ATV tours, and more.

We have plenty of parking underneath the house. We highly recommend renting a car to access this part of the island.

Please note we do not tolerate loud parties or large group events. We are in a quiet and country style neighborhood.

Target and Whole Foods are located in Kailua town (about 30-40 minutes away). The closest local grocery store is Tamura`s (5 minutes away) or Foodland in Laie (20 minutes away). Two small local stores are just a 5-minute walk away in either direction. Check out Coffee Cave Hawai`i next to Ching`s general store, as well as Kaya`s and several foodtrucks.

The local Drug Store is CVS Longs (5 minutes away).
