The Accommodation
Our cozy 45 m² apartment is located on the top floor of a quiet house in Hattingen-Niederbonsfeld. It can accommodate 2 adults, 2 children, and 1 toddler—ideal for nature lovers, couples seeking peace and quiet, or families with children. Located right on the Ruhr River with hiking and biking trails right outside the door.

Location & Surroundings:

The accommodations are situated in a quiet location on the edge of a horse farm—perfect for walks, hikes, or bike rides on the nearby Ruhrhöhenwege trails.
The surrounding area is hilly: If you’re coming by bike, you should be in decent shape or bring an e-bike—the Wasserstraße trail, in particular, is quite challenging.

In just a few minutes, you can reach:
• the Ruhr River with its bike and hiking trails
• the charming old town of Hattingen (about 10 min by car / 15 min by bike)
• Shopping and restaurants in the area

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourselves—including a private entrance, bathroom, kitchen, and living/sleeping area. Complete privacy—everything is set up for a worry-free stay.

• The surroundings are particularly well-suited for guests seeking nature and tranquility
• Parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or noisy groups are not permitted here
• For cyclists: Please note that the region is very hilly—not all routes are flat, especially the access road.
Hattingen’s historic district and shopping areas are just a few minutes away by car. Also well-suited for longer stays during training courses or family visits.
