SEMI-OCEANFRONT Hatteras - Hatteras Landing - HATTERAS SEADUCTION will Sea-duce you with stunning views, Mediterranean stylings and custom decor. Relax in the private pool area with 8-person hot tub or play in the bottom level game room with pool table, foosball, TV and kitchenette complete with dishwasher, under counter refrigerator, microwave and breakfast table. Also, on this level you'll find a convenient half bath for quick runs in from the beach or the pool and a queen master bedroom with 32" flat screen TV. Step up to the mid-level of the home for 4 more bedrooms, 2 of which are king master suites with 32" flat screen TVs and Jacuzzi tubs, sound views and deck access. But the top level is "molto bello" with custom marble floors throughout and sliders on both the west and east side to allow you to soak in the sweeping vistas of the sound and gorgeous ocean views. There is a dining area and two separate seating areas with leather couches and 50" TV, DVD. Then there is the sumptuous kitchen that any chef would love. For a little quiet time, venture up the wrought iron circular staircase to the tower room with private balcony overlooking the marina. Stay in HATTERAS SEADUCTION and add a little romance to your vacation.

Lovely location

This property was in a great location. Easy beach access, plenty of space. The only thing I could suggest is the comforters on the beds need replaced and the whole house had sand all over all the floors. My sons white socks were black by within 10 minutes of wearing them. It’s a beach house, I get it. Sand everywhere. A couple crockpots in the kitchen would be nice also. Other than those little things, we had a great time!

Nice house and good location

I was upset on the condition of the house when we first arrived. Email confirmation said that the house was ready. When we arrived, the cleaning crew was still there. They left a few mins later and there was no evidence that actual cleaning took place. You could see it instantly when you walked in the house. The floors were filthy and the house didn't have a "clean" smell. In the time of COVID, you would expect extra cleaning, as the company said they were doing. The property manager office was "busy" and didn't return our call into the next morning. A new crew came later that day and cleaned. We liked the house though. First floor has a bedroom with 1.5 baths. Pool table and foosball table. Second floor had four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Third pool held the kitchen, dining room and living room. When we arrived, we thought the second floor was warm. We contributed that from us moving stuff into the house from the cars. Well day two, we figured out that the AC was busted. Took another day (day 3) for someone to come check it out to confirm that it was broke. The company brought in three window units to keep the house cool until the AC could be repaired. Day 4 AC was replaced. So half way through the week and we finally got everything resolved. Not really how I imagined spending half my vacation. Great location. You can walk to the marina and the ferry terminal to Ocracoke. There are a number of shops close by.

Hatteras Beach stay...

Likes: Close to beach with easy access. Nice neighborhood. Across street from shopping, restaurant, ferry and boat marina. House is very roomy with decent floor plan. Lots of bathrooms. Having washer and dryer was convenient. Swimming pool, hot tub, pool table and foosball made a perfect vacation for kids and adults! Dislikes: Bathroom shower curtains and tile were very soap scummed and moldy. Months of not being cleaned properly. We had to do our own cleaning prior to bathing in the showers. No hot water for several DAYS until maintenance could check it out and maintenance it. Take your bug spray... mosquito infested area!
