The fun kicks off in the ground level’s backyard oasis, centered around a sparkling private pool and a blissful 6-person hot tub. When the ocean calls, a community boardwalk leads you straight to the beach for a day of sun and sand. Back on the pool deck, rinse off in the outdoor shower and settle in for a warm summer evening relaxing on the patio, which features a Smart TV for open-air entertainment. Just steps away, the lively game room awaits, complete with a pool table and wet bar. Also on this level is a convenient half bath and two master bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a pyramid bunk, while the all-level elevator stands ready to whisk you to the floors above.

The first level is home to four additional master bedrooms, including two kings and two queens. Three of these spacious rooms offer direct access to an expansive furnished deck, perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
