New Listing....Right on the road between Zion Canyon and Bryce Canyon National Park. 3 bedroom 2 bath home in the small town of Hatch. Beautiful views, easy access, and right in the middle of so many great places to visit. 20 Minutes to Bryce Canyon National Park, 50 minutes to Zion National Park. Large open concept Living room/ dining room and kitchen provide a great place to gather as family or friends. Deck with chairs to enjoy the sunset that lights up the cliffs behind the home. Fire pit and large yard. This is a double wide trailer that has been totally remodeled to make it a great retreat for your vacation. Please do not reserve this if later your going to write a bad review because its a trailer :)

  • The Gem Theatre (previously known as Kinema Theatre, Hub Theatre) was built in 1909. In 1924, one of the reels of film got stuck in the projector and caught fire, igniting a full reel in the lower magazine. Only the outer shell of the theater survived the fire. The Kinema was rebuilt "as near fireproof as possible" and reopened in 1924. The Kinema Theatre was renamed the Hub Theatre in 1928. In 1933, the theatre was renovated and renamed it the Gem Theatre. After the advent of television, the theater could not attract large enough crowds to pay film rental fees. The Gem Theatre closed about 1986. The title of the last movie, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, remained on the marquee for ten years as the theater sat idle. Sometime after this the theater was again damaged by fire. Mark Childs, owner of Childs Construction, and his wife Heather, a retired dancer, purchased the Gem Theatre in April 2010, after moving to Panguitch from Henderson, Nevada.  After replacing the building's fire-damaged roof, the Childs rebuilt the Gem Theatre's interior and reopened it on 28 May 2011. #OnTheRoad

Outstanding

This is by far the best place to stay if you are looking for a clean and well maintained stay close to Bryce and Zion. The hosts are excellent and communication is easy. The house was well stocked with linens, soaps and COFFEE!! Very spacious with plenty of room for my family of 5.

Wonderful stay!

I'm going to go ahead and say what some of the other reviews have stated, and that is, do NOT let the outside deter you from staying here! The owners did a fantastic job remodeling the whole inside and it was SO big, comfortable, cozy, and quiet. We are pretty picky about where we stay, and I will say this place was great!

Great personality

She’s not much to look at on the outside, but the inside has been updated and met our needs. We are a family of 6 and had plenty of room for sleeping, lounging, and playing games. The only complaint I have is that the yard needed to be mowed. Oh, and there were no tongs in the kitchen.

DOUBLE WIDE TRAILER HATCH

The inside was good except the plugs did not all work and the TV would not work, we had to use our own system off our phones. The outside of the property was very run down and unkept. plywood over the window units. We drove past and had to call to find it. Photo was not exactly like we expected.

We love the inside of the place. Plenty of room, a few fun games to play, location worked well to visit Bryce Canyon. Great coffee shop a few doors down. Thank you for sharing your home!

Nicely updated mobile home

The owners did a very nice job updating this large mobile home. It was well stocked and communication was excellent. The outside needs some work, but we didn’t care. Hatch is a nice location for visiting both Zion and Bryce.

Perfect weekend retreat

This was a perfect little place to come back to after a couple of days of hiking at Bryce Canyon. We had plenty of space to have a home-cooked meal and then relax. Everything so clean and nice and we had great communication with the owners.

Nice place

Communication was excellent. The place was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and within easy driving distance of several attractions. While sitting outside in the evening, we saw several unusual (for us) birds. The view out the kitchen window was beautiful.

Surprise oasisx

When you drive up to the property it doesn’t look like much but on the inside it is just lovely. Clean, comfortable, beautiful kitchen and overall very comfortable. Small town with a wonderful coffee shop just a brief walk away. It was a wonderful place for us to stay while exploring national parks. I would stay here again.

Nice inside spaces

Don’t let the exterior of the house or the neighborhood deter you. The interior is spotless with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. The owner was exceptional at communicating in a timely manner. Furniture in all the rooms was very nice. The bed linens and towels are beautiful. About 30 min from Bryce Canyon National Park.

Perfect spot to enjoy Bryce Canyon

Like every review says... look past the exterior of this house!!!! The inside is fully updated, has everything you could need (and more), is close to Bryce, and was so clean! When reading past reviews, I can see each improvement they made in regards to what could be better. Someone said the yard was overgrown... it's cut neat now, no bars of soap, now there's soap. The property owner seems to really care about your stay and will make sure it is good!

Excellent experience

We had a great experience staying here. We were a little concerned about what we were in for based on first look after arriving. All of our concerns were quickly put to rest after going inside. The place was well kept inside and had everything we could have possibly needed. A great place to come back to after a day out hiking Zion and Bryce Canyon. Would definitely stay again.

Great location to Bryce

Perfect place to stay if heading to Bryce - we had some issues with tv at first but then realized the plug wasn’t in all the way in wall. Plenty of coffee pods and they have extra food if you need something. Could have used more seating with couch but other than that was fine. Need few more chairs at table to eat.
