Situated in the heart of the America Ground with its independent shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Close to the beach and just 5 minutes from the Railway Station, with easy access to Hastings Old town and St Leonards on Sea.
Stunning space on the 2nd floor of a Venetian Gothic former printing works once home of the Hastings & St Leonards Observer newspaper.
Full of original features, large metal beams, vintage Erco lighting, oak flooring, 20th Century Modern furniture and accessories. Two king size double bedrooms. Fully equipped architect designed open kitchen and stylish bathroom with drencher shower.

We traveled with our family and friends, including a one-year-old child. When booking, we specifically chose this apartment because it was listed as having two bathrooms. However, upon arrival, we found that there was only one. This caused a lot of inconvenience — it took us more than an hour for everyone to finish their evening showers. One of our friends even decided to leave a day early, which made the whole trip quite unpleasant.In addition, almost all the kitchen items were within the child’s reach, and there were no cabinets to keep things out of the way. I had to stay alert all the time, which was very stressful.The number of bathrooms is a very basic piece of information about an apartment, and I find it unacceptable that this was listed incorrectly.

Fantastic Stay in Hastings

Wow, just wow! We were blown away from the minute we arrived. This gorgeous loft style apartment has it all! Huge open plan living/kitchen area, 2 very comfortable double bedrooms. A massive bathroom and the location is 2nd to none. A short stroll from Hasting station so super easy to get to, a minute from the sea and Hastings pier. And Hastings Old Town and St Leonard’s within easy reach All topped off by the warm and welcoming host Lorna who was super helpful and friendly We will ABSOLUTELY return again Thanks Lorna

Probably one of the better places to stay in Hastings

Spacious industrial stylish loft for 4 adults. Large kitchen and 2 large bedrooms. Outside view from the apartment is limited. Tucked away in a side street on the top floor. Parking can be a pain (penalties !!). Even loading and unloading is risky business. Walking distance to sea front with shops and restaurants. However Hastings is faded glory

Fabulous apartment in the heart of Hastings

My wife and toddler loved our stay in Lorna's apartment. It's really well designed and laid out, has all the amenities you could need (toiletries, loads of cookware, towels etc), is super clean and comfortable. The location is great, in a sort of chic, indy part of the town surrounded by cafes and shops. It's a two minute walk to the beach or the town centre and 10 minutes from the wonderful old town. Lorna is a great host - super communicative and was proactive on alerting us to some potential work being carried out across the street, that in the end wasn't an issue. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.
