"This was the highlight of our trip! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing! From the minute we arrived we were welcomed, we had the best meal, the fondue was delicious. "So amazing! This is an authentic chalet tucked in the mountains. It’s a quick drive to Lauterbrunnen or there’s a free bus. I love the little grocery market that’s across the street. Just a stone throw away. This market has famous croissants that are a regional favorite.. but don’t eat too many because the breakfast at this hotel is great. The staff was very polite. The only thing I would encourage them to do is provide coffee in the rooms. They do have teabags in the hallway and water kettles...

"We did a late check in and were very tired…upon arrival, there were two huge groups checking in and the whole hotel was stinking of bad odour of food including the elevators..some private event catering was happening…when we got to the room we realized it had a door to cross to the next room and we were not told that the room had a partition when I booked. We could hear all the noises from the next room so we asked to change it and they could only give us a room with two twin beds instead of the...

"An incredible spot. We chose to leave the car in town and enjoyed the gondola up. If you stay a night it should be half price. The views were amazing and the gondola stops at the property. Probably the most scenic accommodation ever. Also good food and drink and nice staff. 10/10z"

"The staff was wonderful - super helpful and kind. Loved the outside play area for our kids. Wish the room had a pot to heat up water and a fridge. The room was clean; the only exception was the fire alarm in the bathroom needed dusting badly. (Room 25) Breakfast was ok; we wished there was hot food (like scrambled eggs) available."
