Additional amenities include parking for up to eight cars, whole-home Wi-Fi, smart TVs throughout, linens and towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. The home has central AC on the second floor and three ductless AC units on the main level. The fully private heated saltwater pool is open and heated from May 20, 2026 through October 9, 2026 and May 21, 2027 through October 8, 2027. No pets, please. Fun is mandatory.

All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $150-250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
