Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including cooking essentials, lobster pot, spices, keurig coffee maker, cuisinart drip coffee maker, french press, tea kettle, and more!

The open concept 1st floor living room features a cathedral ceiling, 65" tv, and ample seating to unwind after a day of adventure. Free streaming service include youtube TV, netflix, and amazon prime.

Our stylish dining room features a crate and barrel table with 6 chairs

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

Our private and secluded backyard is the perfect place to unwind after a fun day exploring the cape. It features a 6 person hot tub, outdoor shower, custom build gazebo bar, firepit area with a solo stove, oversized deck with a table, sectional couch, heat lamp, and weber grill. In our shed youll find beach chairs, umbrellas, cornhole, giant jenga, and kanjam.
Theres also ample space in our shed for guests to store their bikes and outdoor supplies.

Our brand new lower level features a custom wooden bar counter, fooseball table, board games and books, as well as 2 couches and 55" TV. Theres also a washer/dryer

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked
- July & August: Saturday to Saturday rentals only
- Please treat our home as if it was your own. We do not allow shoes in the house to protect the floors and ensure we can keep up our high standard of cleanliness.
- No pets: we love animals, but to keep the home allergy-friendly for all guests, they’re not allowed.

Big Hunk of Gorgeous

The property is in a very good location, quiet neighborhood, and very clean. Hearing the wild turkeys in the morning was awesome. The basement with the foosball and ping pong tables is a great touch. We had an eight year old with us and he loved it. Thanks again. David

Great house for our family! Very clean, beds extremely comfortable, great location to have access to all areas of the Cape. Outside fire pit and deck with heater are a bonus for enjoying colder evenings. House was just as advertised and very well taken care of.

Very clean and very comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Peaceful setting with wooded backyard, pleasant to spend time outside on deck. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes, etc.

Great Cape-Cod Getaway Home

We enjoyed our visit to the Harwich Getaway over the holidays! The home was accurate to the listing, in a quiet neighborhood, a short drive to the beach, and to main street cafes and shops. The home was clean, well-heated in the winter months, and had a kitchen well-stocked for cooking in. We were pleased with our stay and would recommend to other travelers needing accommodations for a longer Cape-Cod stay.

Very Nice

My husband and I took our first trip to Cape Cod and chose this VRBO property after reviewing many possibilities. The location was very central and the home was located on a very quiet street. The home was extremely clean and we found it quite spacious. The owners were very responsive and left us a lovely bottle of wine. We would definitely stay there again if we find ourselves going back to the Cape.

Amenities galore

This is a delightful rental. There is nothing lacking. Beds are very comfortable, house is immaculate, ping pong and foos ball in basement, beach chairs, etc provided, outdoor grill and shower. Wonderful deck with ample sitting for a meal or just lounging. Kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly want. Close to the beach. Since we stayed in April, weather was cool but house was cozy. Close to many restaurants and shopping. The owners were available for questions and very responsive. We all had only positive comments regarding this great rental.

Clean & comfortable

Enjoyed our stay in Harwich, an excellent central location to vacation on the Cape. The owners were so thoughtful & attentive & provided everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The house was immaculate & the small touches were appreciated (note & gift left by owners wishing us a great stay), shampoo/toiletries for our convenience, fully stocked kitchen. Owners were readily available & a pleasure to do business with. The deck and outdoor furniture / grill were great, the yard private and they keypad entry made it so much easier than dealing with keys if some family members wanted to return home from the beach early. The decor was nice, clean & simple. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful week at your Cape house, we enjoyed every minute & wish we were still there!

First Visit to Cape Cod & area

We enjoyed our stay in Harwich. This was our first time visiting this area, & we thought the location was central to getting around the area. Jeff left good instructions for us to get in and it was easy to do so. We are 2 couples traveling from Texas. We stayed 5 nights, and went sightseeing every day, as well as our husbands playing golf in the area. This home was nice to come back to at the end of the day. The furniture was very nice, very clean, and definitely comfortable. The whole house was spotless & well cared for. Jeff gave us good instructions on getting in, and was nice enough to call & let us know when it was ready. There was also a notebook with information about the area and some of Jeff & Irina's favorites, and a welcome gift as well. The deck was really nice, and if we had been back from our daily trips in time, we would've enjoyed spending time there. It definitely looked inviting, and the weather was beautiful. We didn't cook, but the kitchen had plenty of supplies, cookware, and glasses. We did use the Keurig, and Jeff & Irina had breakfast pods there to use. We also used the washer & dryer. I saw beach chairs and water toys available to use as well. This home was great for us, and all of us would recommend it to anyone.

Quite, Private and Wonderful

Exactly as advertised. Clean, newly furnished, and feels bigger than it actually is given the optimal layout. Convenient...short drive to downtown Harwichport and close to Route 6, which opens up the rest of the Cape from a central location. Definite thumbs up!

Such a wonderful home!

Perfect stay! Everything you need and more at this well decorated and modern home. Irina and Jeff put in a lot of personal touches to make the home special. The check-in process and the communication were really nice and easy. The place is perfect for a visit to Cape Cod. Can't wait to stay here again!
